Murrieta foreclosures and Lake Elsinore bank homes are bringing thousands of new residents to the Southwest Riverside County area, drawn by affordable prices and outstanding recreational facilities that offer something for everyone. From dog parks to equestrian centers, skate parks to skydiving, the foreclosure specialists are happy to highlight some of the best amenities in Southwest County.

Four Legged Fun

Buyers of Temecula foreclosures have long known that Southwest Riverside County is ideal for raising horses, with the gentle rolling hills of Temecula wine country perfect for private and commercial stables alike. However soon new residents in Murrieta bank homes will be able to enjoy comfortable equestrian facilities right in their own back yard as the City Council recently approved the purchase of the Murrieta Stud Ranch. The Stud Ranch, a former commercial equestrian center located against the sloping hills of Murrieta's west side, is anticipated to house training rings, stables, show grounds and boarding facilities for dozens of horses. City officials expect both local and regional equestrian events can be held there, as well as recreational riding for Murrieta residents.

New homeowners in Lake Elsinore foreclosures can also enjoy four legged fun, after the City Council there approved the use of McVicker Park as a Dog Park during the hours of 6:00 and 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. With no official Dog Park in Lake Elsinore, the designation of McVicker as an off-leash park during low use periods is a first step in having a permanent canine playground.

Buyers of eastside Murrieta bank homes can expect their own Dog Park soon as well, as Torrey Pines Park is under construction off Margarita Parkway and includes a fenced area where dogs of all sizes can be let off-leash. Currently dogs are allowed in both Lake Elsinore and Murrieta parks only when fully restrained on leashes.

Lake Elsinore Foreclosures Get Front Row Views of Aerial Sports

For the more daring, Lake Elsinore bank homes offer buyers a chance to view dare devil skydiving up close and personal. Skydive Elsinore has been providing professional skydiving services for over 25 years and buyers of Lake Elsinore foreclosures and Wildomar bank homes can watch the daily acrobatics that fall from the sky as planes take off from the southern lake Skylark Airport off of Corydon Street.

Also on the lakes southern edge, the Lake Elsinore Motorsports Track is home to professional dirt bike racing and stunt riding. You don't have to be a professional though to use the track, and weekend warriors drawn to the area because of its near-perfect weather and easy access to great recreation often find themselves captivated by the affordable luxury of Lake Elsinore bank homes and Murrieta foreclosures.
